Terms of Services

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in tarteelequranonline (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as “tarteelequranonline”), which operates under the brand tarteelequranonline and provides technology and services for online distance learning (Teaching) through its website at www.tarteelequranonline.com (the “Site”) and its subdomains (collectively, the “Platform”).

These Terms of Use (TOU) constitute a legal contract between Tutors, Students, and Parents (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “Users”) and tarteelequranonline, setting forth the terms and conditions governing Users’ access to and use of the Site, the applications provided through the Site (the “Software”), and the information, content, features, and services offered (collectively, the “Service”).


Amendments to the Terms of Use

tarteelequranonline reserves the right to amend this TOU at any time by posting the revised terms on the Site. By continuing to use the Site or Service after such amendments, Users agree to be bound by the revised TOU. tarteelequranonline may modify, discontinue, or restrict Users’ access to the Site and/or Service, with or without notice, and for any reason.


User Contract and Responsibilities

Upon registration with the Platform, Users enter into a contractual relationship with tarteelequranonline for the duration of their registration, governed by this TOU.

tarteelequranonline facilitates Teaching services provided by Tutors but does not act as a Tutor itself nor supervise the Tutors. The Teaching services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Hifz (Memorization)
  • Recitation
  • Tajweed
  • Arabic Language

Tutors are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the qualifications and legal requirements in their respective locations.


1. Scope of the TOU

1.1 These TOU apply to all Users accessing the Platform, regardless of geographic location.
1.2 tarteelequranonline provides a web-based platform for attending online workshops and events with real-time audiovisual communication. While registration is free, access to the Virtual Classroom and certain chargeable services will incur fees. Users will be notified of such charges in advance.
1.3 Students and Tutors are responsible for agreeing upon the Tutor’s hourly rate before lessons begin. Payments are made directly to the Tutor.
1.4 The Platform and its services are intended exclusively for private, non-commercial use by Students.


2. Description of Services

The services provided by tarteelequranonline include:

  1. A real-time Student-Tutor audiovisual communication interface for Teaching purposes.
  2. Hosting of online workshops and events.
  3. Providing information on Tutor availability, Tutor-provided biographies, and teaching methodologies.
  4. Scheduling systems and notifications for Teaching sessions.
  5. Billing and time-logging services.

3. Contractual Relations

3.1 tarteelequranonline provides the technological platform to facilitate communication between Tutors and Students but is not directly involved in the Teaching services themselves. Teaching arrangements, obligations, and liabilities rest solely with the respective Tutors and Students.

3.2 tarteelequranonline is not responsible for the quality or content of Teaching sessions. Tutors are responsible for conducting lessons properly, while Students are responsible for timely payment.

3.3 tarteelequranonline reserves the right to deny access to the Platform, terminate Users’ accounts, and delete associated information without prior notice for any violation of this TOU or for any reason at its discretion.


4. Registration Process

4.1 Users must register online to access the Platform. Registration is free of charge.

4.2 Registration is open only to natural persons aged 18 or older who are legally capable of entering contracts.

4.3 Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

4.4 Users must select a username (which may be their real name) and a password to secure their accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and notifying tarteelequranonline immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

4.5 Users are not permitted to create multiple accounts.


5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Compliance with Local Laws: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including those related to online learning and payment transactions.
