Fee Terms & Conditions
Tarteel E Quran Online Academy strive to provide high-quality Quranic education at affordable rates. To ensure a smooth learning experience, please review our Fees Terms & Conditions carefully before enrollment.
- The course fee is determined based on the selected program, class frequency, and duration.
- Fees must be paid in advance before the start of each billing cycle (monthly/quarterly).
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods.
- Once the payment is confirmed, students will receive access to scheduled classes.
- Fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of academy-approved circumstances.
- If a student discontinues the course, no refunds will be issued for the remaining classes.
- In case of technical or teacher-related issues from our side, makeup classes will be provided.
- A late payment fee may apply if the fee is not paid within the due date.
- If a student misses classes due to personal reasons, the fee will not be adjusted or refunded.
- The academy reserves the right to revise the fee structure with prior notice.
- Students must inform the academy at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule a class.
- Missed classes without prior notice will not be compensated.
- If an instructor is unavailable, the academy will arrange a substitute teacher or reschedule the class.
- If a student wishes to discontinue, they must notify the academy at least one week in advance.
- The academy holds the right to discontinue classes in case of misconduct, non-payment, or violation of policies.
- By enrolling in any course at Tarteel E Quran Online Academy, students / guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
